Colombia has been selected as the venue for the fifth forum because it is a regional benchmark and laboratory of policies and important intersectoral initiatives across housing and environment, public and private, national and local, aimed at building more sustainable and efficient housing and cities.

The capital city of Bogotá is internationally recognized for its sustainable and equitable initiatives in housing and habitat. It is the current president of Metropolis, the global network of major cities.

Those attending the 5th Housing Forum will have the opportunity to connect in the same space with multiple players from all over the region, conducive to generating new strategic alliances, high-level conversations, and the spread of innovative ideas.

About Hotel Tequendama

The 5th Housing Forum will be held in Hotel Tequendama, located in Centro Internacional de Bogota, one of the city's foremost commercial and corporate areas. The hotel's ample restaurant offers a range of international and local foods to choose from.

Rooms are standard, comfortable, and colonial. Forum attendees will receive a special corporate rate for the event. For international participants, the hotel offers transportation from the airport on pre-set schedules.
